Free credit incentives for pay-per-use accounts

New pay-per-use X API accounts can earn up to $70 in free credits, applied automatically and expiring after 3 months.
Pay-per-use accounts on the X API can now earn free credits in two ways, as announced in the X API changelog. Both incentives are rolling out now.
- A one-time $20 when an account saves its first eligible payment card.
- A one-time match of the first successful auto-recharge, up to $50.
A new account that earns both receives $70 in free credits. Credits are applied automatically, with no code or form, and appear in the Developer Console within about a minute. They are spent before purchased credits and expire 3 months after they are granted.
