Wispr Flow raised $280 million in Series B funding at a $2 billion valuation, led by existing investor Menlo Ventures, taking total capital raised to $361 million. Alongside the round Wispr Flow previewed Canto, its first proprietary speech model, trained for the conditions people actually dictate in rather than quiet rooms — in the hardest settings, with background noise, wind, heavy accents or music, word error rates fall from more than 30% to between 5 and 10%, and across everyday use it should cut the dictations you need to edit by 30 to 35%.
