Wispr Flow Notetaker is now live on Windows

Windows now gets Gemini, Claude and ChatGPT connections, 21-language transcription, Outlook Calendar, Otter imports and new admin controls.
Wispr Flow's Notetaker is now available on Windows, having launched first on Mac. It detects meetings across the platforms a user already has open and offers to take notes, using their personal dictionary to catch names, acronyms and technical terms. From there, a user can ask "What did I miss?" for a recap, ask questions across past meetings with citations back to the source, or draft follow-up emails, project updates or briefs straight from the notes.
Since the Mac launch, Notetaker has added:
- One-click setup for Gemini, joining existing connections to Claude and ChatGPT, plus any other MCP-compatible AI tool. Connected tools can pull meeting notes and transcripts directly; the MCP connection only grants access to meeting transcripts, not dictations.
- Meeting transcription in 21 languages, including Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi and Arabic.
- Outlook Calendar support, alongside the existing Google Calendar connection, to bring meeting context into Notetaker.
- Import of past transcripts from Otter, with speaker names preserved, so old and new meetings can be searched together (this requires a paid Otter plan). Granola imports are also supported.
- Admin controls to manage Notetaker access, sharing and privacy restrictions across an organization, including a requirement that users confirm they've obtained consent before recording starts.
