Webflow adds AI agents that draft content for AEO gaps
By Steven Van ·
Enterprise customers with the Analyze add-on can turn AEO recommendations into a full CMS draft for review.
Webflow has added content optimization agents to its AEO tool set, building on the AEO analytics and technical agents it launched in May. The new agents work in three steps: they surface prioritized content opportunities from AEO analytics data, including gaps where competitors are cited and the brand isn't, turn a chosen topic into a structured content brief, and generate a full draft as a new CMS item ready for review.
Like the earlier technical agents, they read a site's existing structure and content directly and use business context the team provides, so suggestions start on brand. Before recommendations appear, teams need to set up prompt tracking for the topics they want cited for and add competitor information under Organization info in Settings; recommendations then show up in the Insights tab under AEO recommendations, where each one can be reviewed, edited, accepted, and published in place.
The agents are available now to all Enterprise customers with the Analyze add-on, as described in Webflow's announcement.
