Webflow AI Assistant can now build code components

Available to all customers now, but publishing a site that uses one needs a paid Workspace or a CMS-or-higher site plan.
Webflow's Webflow AI Assistant can now generate reusable code components directly in a site's component canvas. Describe what's needed, such as a pricing calculator, search filter, animation, or location finder, and the assistant builds it in line with the site's design system. The result can then be refined further in conversation with the assistant or edited directly in code before being added to the site.
AI code components are available to all customers now. Publishing a site that contains one requires a paid Workspace or a CMS or higher site plan.
Alongside this launch, Webflow said it has paused further development of App Gen.
