Control who can work on individual pages with page-specific access control

By Steven Van ·

Limit who can edit individual pages so teams can collaborate with confidence — without exposing the rest of your site.

Webflow Enterprise admins can now restrict editing on individual pages, not just entire sites or CMS collections. A page can be limited to specific teammates, so the legal team could be given access only to the Terms & Conditions page or the monetization team only to Pricing, without those users touching the rest of the site.

The feature builds on the CMS Collection access control Webflow released a few months earlier, which let teams restrict editing to specific collections. It's available now for Enterprise customers and their Partners, with more detail in Webflow's announcement. Webflow says locale-specific access control, limiting which locales a teammate can edit, is coming next.
