Component Canvas is now available

Manage component variants on a dedicated canvas that provides instant visibility into cascading changes across structure, styles, interactions, and more.
Webflow has launched Component Canvas, a dedicated authoring space for editing components outside the page. It's now available to all Workspaces.
- Design and manage each component on its own canvas, with a unified view of all variants.
- Edit multiple variants side-by-side, with instant visibility into how a change cascades across structure, styles, interactions, and more.
- Frames are organised automatically so teammates can find what they need.
- Scroll, pan, and zoom controls for navigating the canvas.
To open it, click "Open component" while editing in context, or navigate to a component directly from the Components panel. Webflow says support for additional contexts, including breakpoints and pages, is coming over the next year. The announcement quotes Joshua Fry of FryUX: "Component canvas makes it much easier to manage multiple variants and easily see the impact your changes are having across them, which is invaluable for complex component based builds."
