A new pip-installable SDK brings Vercel Sandbox, Blob storage, and the Runtime Cache API to Python code.
The Vercel Python SDK is now available in beta, adding first-class Python support for Vercel Sandbox, Blob, and the Runtime Cache API. It installs with pip install vercel.
- Vercel Sandbox lets Python code run untrusted code in isolated, ephemeral environments.
- Blob support lets Python code interact with Vercel's Blob storage API, including uploading files.
- The Runtime Cache API lets Python code store and retrieve data across Functions, Routing Middleware, and Builds within the same region.
