Vercel Agent investigations are now included in Observability Plus, giving every billing cycle 10 investigations at no extra cost. Investigations run automatically when an error alert fires: Vercel Agent looks into the issue, such as an unexpected spike in usage or errors, identifies the likely root cause, analyses the impact, and suggests next steps for remediation. Teams that need more can purchase additional Vercel Agent credits. The feature is in public beta for Pro and Enterprise teams with Observability Plus.
