MiniMax's M2.5 model, which plans full-stack builds across five platforms before coding, is now selectable through Vercel's AI Gateway.
AI Gateway, the model-routing layer built into Vercel, now offers MiniMax M2.5. The model plans before it builds, breaking down functions, structure, and UI design before writing code, and covers the full development lifecycle, from initial system design through code review, across Web, Android, iOS, Windows, and Mac.
Compared to M2.1, M2.5 adapts better to unfamiliar codebases and uses fewer search rounds to solve problems. It's available through the AI SDK by setting the model to minimax/minimax-m2.5.
