Vercel raises $300M at a $9.3 billion valuation, co-led by Accel and GIC, alongside a ~$300M tender offer for investors and employees.
Vercel raised a $9.3 billion valuation Series F, a $300M round co-led by Accel and new investor GIC. The company is also running a roughly $300M tender offer for certain early investors, employees, and former employees.
In the announcement, Vercel tied the raise to its shift from serving pages to serving AI agents. It pointed to the AI SDK, which now sees over 3 million weekly downloads across more than 60 models, and to Next.js, downloaded over 500 million times in the past 12 months. The post also recapped recent moves including Vercel Agent, a public beta tool that reviews code by scanning a full codebase and validating fixes in Vercel Sandboxes, and previewed a general availability release of the v0 iOS app, currently in public beta with over 10,000 people on its waitlist, in the coming weeks.
