Run cron jobs from deployment summary

Cron jobs registered by a deployment now appear right in that deployment's summary on Vercel's dashboard.
Vercel deployments now show cron jobs directly in the summary section of the deployments dashboard. Deploying a cron job template registers the jobs automatically, and they're visible without leaving the deployment view.
