Redeploy without leaving project settings

A toast now appears after changing settings such as environment variables, with a Redeploy button that starts the deployment and shows its progress.
Vercel now prompts for a redeploy when a project setting change needs one to take effect. Changing something like an environment variable brings up a toast notification, as announced in the project settings docs.
Clicking Redeploy in the toast starts the deployment, and its progress can be tracked from there, so there is no need to go back to the Deployments page.
