Rate limiting now available on Hobby, with higher included usage on Pro

Hobby projects now get a free rate limiting rule and Pro teams get more included usage, both applied automatically.
The first 1,000,000 allowed rate limit requests per month are now included on Vercel's Web Application Firewall, and Hobby teams get 1 free rate limiting rule per project, up to that same allotment. Pro projects can use up to 40 rules per project, and the changes have already been applied automatically to existing accounts. Rules can be set up from a project's Firewall tab by adding a condition and choosing the Rate Limit action, with a configurable time window and request limit. Read the full documentation.
