Qwen 3.8 Flash from Alibaba is now available on AI Gateway.
Alibaba's Qwen 3.8 Flash is now available through Vercel's AI Gateway. The model accepts text and image input, supports a 1 million token context window, and can return up to 65k tokens in a single response. Alibaba recommends it for coding, tool use, and multi-step agent workflows.
- Available in the AI SDK by setting the model to alibaba/qwen3.8-flash
- Can be connected to coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Cursor, and Pi by running vercel ai-gateway coding-agents setup and selecting the model inside the agent
- Available to try in the model playground
As with other AI Gateway models, pricing reflects the provider's rates with no markup and no platform fee on inference, including on Bring Your Own Key requests.
