Push notifications support on desktop and mobile

Push joins web and email as a notification channel, opt-in per device on desktop and mobile browsers.
Vercel notifications now support a push channel on desktop and mobile web, alongside the existing web and email channels. To turn it on, enable the push channel for a notification type in Notification Settings in the Vercel dashboard; on mobile, opt in when prompted after opening the dashboard in a mobile browser.
Push covers all notification types, the same set already configurable for web and email, including deployment failures, domain and integration alerts, and usage notifications. Read more in the announcement.
