Purge your Remote Cache's build and CI artifacts

Team Owners can now clear all cached build and CI artifacts from a team's Vercel Remote Cache in one click.
Team Owners can now wipe a team's entire Vercel Remote Cache in one click, from the Build and Deployment settings' Remote Caching section. The option is meant for cases where cached build or CI artifacts are suspected of being poisoned. Only team owners can trigger the clear.
