On-demand Vercel Agent code reviews

Vercel Agent code reviews can now be triggered from a button in the GitHub deployment table, without turning on automatic reviews.
Code reviews from Vercel Agent can now be triggered manually. When Vercel comments on a GitHub pull request, a Review with Vercel Agent button appears in the deployment table, and clicking it starts a review on demand.
Teams that want reviews on every pull request can still turn that on separately, under Team Settings → Agent → Review PRs Automatically. Getting started requires the Vercel GitHub App to be installed, as described in the announcement.
