Mistral Large 3 now available on Vercel AI Gateway

The 675B-parameter mixture-of-experts model needs no separate Mistral account, called as mistral/mistral-large-3 in the AI SDK.
Vercel's AI Gateway now supports Mistral Large 3, Mistral's latest and most capable model, with no separate provider account required. It uses a sparse mixture-of-experts architecture with 41B active parameters (675B total), Mistral's first MoE model since the Mixtral series.
To use it, set the model to mistral/mistral-large-3 in the AI SDK. The AI Gateway also tracks usage and cost and handles retries, failover, and provider routing across models, with built-in observability and Bring Your Own Key support.
