Increased Blob store limit for Hobby users

Vercel raises the Hobby plan's Blob store cap from 5 to 100, with existing storage and transfer limits unchanged.
Hobby accounts on Vercel can now create up to 100 Blob stores, up from five. The increased limit gives room to split storage by project, environment, or region as an app grows. Storage, operation, and data transfer limits for the Hobby plan are unchanged and apply regardless of how many stores are in use.
