The Firewall page now shows system status and warns when a reverse proxy gets in the way of Vercel's protection.
The Vercel Firewall overview page now shows more about your traffic and the state of the firewall, as described in the Vercel Firewall documentation.
- The status of the system firewall is displayed on the page.
- A warning banner appears if a reverse proxy is inhibiting Vercel's ability to protect your site.
- A tabbed view makes traffic easier to filter.
- Rules are shown below the chart, with better readability.
The Firewall automatically mitigates DDoS attacks for all Vercel deployments. Custom rules and IP blocking are available for further protection, and Attack Challenge Mode can be turned on during high-volume attacks.
