Powered by Zapier partner demos, once limited to a couple a quarter, now take under two hours to build with v0.
Zapier's Powered by Zapier team, which lets SaaS and AI companies embed Zapier's automation engine into their own products, used to spend weeks designing and building a clickable prototype to show partners what an embedded experience could look like, limiting the team to one or two demos a quarter. Using Vercel's v0, the team now feeds screenshots of a partner's app into the tool and gets back a fully interactive, multi-view prototype, complete with UI, sign-in flow and logic, in under two hours.
Zapier says the change has saved the team more than 12 hours per prototype and let it produce 100x more partner demos. Backend engineer Michelle Chu, who says she isn't a frontend engineer or designer, put it this way: "In two hours using v0, I can now create a fully clickable prototype with 10+ different views. That just wasn't possible before."
