Hobby projects now default to 30-day deployment retention

The change takes effect April 29th and leaves Pro and Enterprise plans, which keep longer default retention periods, untouched.
Vercel now caps deployment retention on the Vercel Hobby plan at 30 days, starting April 29th. Deployments outside that window are automatically removed, though the 10 most recent production deployments and any aliased deployments are still preserved regardless of retention settings. Pro and Enterprise plans are unaffected.
