Flat Rate CDN is now GA for Pro teams

Vercel Pro teams get a fixed monthly CDN bill with spike protection, plus tiers from 1M requests up to 150M.

Vercel's Flat Rate CDN is now generally available for Pro teams, replacing usage-based CDN billing with a fixed monthly price. It covers CDN requests, Fast Data Transfer, Blob Data Transfer, and the observability events those requests generate. Capacity is pooled at the team level rather than per project, and spike protection is on by default: traffic above a tier's capacity is served without degraded performance and isn't billed, subject to fair use guidelines.

Pro includes 1M requests and 1 TB of data transfer at no extra cost. Higher tiers add capacity for a flat monthly fee:

$20/mo: 10M requests, 50 TB transfer
$100/mo: 50M requests, 50 TB transfer
$300/mo: 150M requests, 50 TB transfer

New Pro teams have Flat Rate CDN on by default. Existing teams can switch over in Billing settings.
