External API caching insights now in Observability

Vercel's Observability dashboard now shows cache-versus-origin hit rates for external API calls, with per-path detail on Observability Plus.
The Vercel Observability dashboard now shows caching behavior for external API calls made through Vercel Data Cache. On the External APIs page, a new column breaks down how many requests were served from the cache versus the origin. That breakdown is available per hostname on all plans, and per path for Observability Plus subscribers. Full details are in the changelog entry.
