Enterprise teams can now set their default build machine

Vercel lets Enterprise team owners set a default build machine that applies to new projects, with per-project overrides still possible.
Enterprise team owners can now set a default build machine at the team level. The setting applies automatically to newly created projects, though it can still be overridden per project. Existing projects keep their current configuration unless the team default is explicitly applied to all of them when saving.
