Developer role now available for Pro teams

Vercel extends the Developer role, with limited config access and reduced environment variable visibility, from Enterprise down to Pro teams.
Pro teams on Vercel can now assign members the Developer role, a permission level previously limited to Enterprise teams. Developers can deploy to projects on the team but have more limited control over team-wide configuration and reduced visibility into environment variables. Owners can assign the role to an existing seat or invite a new member with it from the team members settings.
