Cron jobs now support 100 per project on every plan

Vercel removes per-team cron job caps and raises the per-project limit to 100 on Hobby, Pro, and Enterprise alike.
Cron job limits on Vercel are gone: every plan now supports up to 100 cron jobs per project, with no separate per-team cap. Previously all plans were capped at 20 cron jobs per project, and per-team limits ran from 2 on Hobby up to 40 on Pro and 100 on Enterprise.
Cron entries are added to vercel.json, or a project can start from the Vercel Cron Job template, which registers its cron jobs automatically on deploy.
