Chat SDK adds Lark and Feishu support

A new vendor-official adapter adds Lark and Feishu support to Vercel's Chat SDK.
- Bots can post, edit, and delete messages, and react with emojis across both platforms.
- Replies can stream through Lark's native cardkit typewriter API.
- Bots can send interactive cards and respond to @-mentions.
