AWS Databases coming to the Vercel Marketplace
By Steven Van ·
Aurora PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Aurora DSQL arrive as native Vercel Marketplace integrations on December 15th, with v0 support included.
Vercel is expanding its partnership with AWS: Aurora PostgreSQL, Amazon DynamoDB, and Aurora DSQL are coming to the Vercel Marketplace as native integrations on December 15th.
- Developers can choose Aurora PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or Aurora DSQL from the Marketplace, pick a region and plan, and provision the database directly from the Vercel dashboard.
- Vercel handles environment variables and connection credentials automatically, so no manual secrets setup is needed.
- A button opens the provisioned database directly in the AWS console for advanced configuration.
- New AWS customers can start on a free plan with $100 in credits, valid for six months.
- v0 supports the integrations from day one, provisioning the appropriate AWS database and creating the schema automatically when an app needs one.
