AssistLoop's AI support agent joins the Vercel Marketplace with native billing, auto-injected env vars, and a Next.js starter template.
AssistLoop, an AI customer support agent, is now installable from the Vercel Marketplace. It connects natively, so a team can add AI-driven support to a Next.js app in minutes rather than setting up a separate dashboard.
- Installation runs through a Vercel Agent ID, with no manual configuration
- Agents can be trained on internal docs, FAQs, or knowledge bases, and customized to match a brand
- Teams can review conversations and hand off to human support when needed
- Vercel automatically injects a NEXT_PUBLIC_ASSISTLOOP_AGENT_ID environment variable, and billing appears on the existing Vercel invoice
