Apply code suggestions from Vercel Agent with one click

Vercel Agent's pull request suggestions can now be committed to the branch with one click, even across multiple files.
Fixes suggested by Vercel Agent during pull request review can now be applied straight from the Vercel Dashboard. A View suggestion button lets a developer commit a fix to the PR branch, including suggestions that touch multiple files, without leaving the dashboard.
- Suggestions can be accepted in bulk or applied one by one.
- Applying a suggestion automatically resolves the review thread.
- Multiple concurrent Vercel Agent jobs can be tracked from the Tasks page.
