Anomaly alerts now include error spikes

Enterprise customers with Observability Plus can now get alerted to unusual error spikes, like a jump in 5XX responses on one route.
Vercel alerts can now catch error spikes, not just usage spikes. Enterprise customers on the Observability Plus add-on can get notified when error events deviate from normal behaviour, such as a sudden spike in 5XX responses on a specific route.
The system automatically detects and groups these abnormal error patterns, and the alert detail page includes relevant log lines to help track down the cause. Error anomaly detection joins the existing anomaly alerts for unusual usage metrics, and is available in limited beta for Enterprise customers with Observability Plus.
