Laguna S 2.1 from Poolside now has 10x more capacity on AI Gateway.
Laguna S 2.1, Poolside's model on Vercel's AI Gateway, now has 10x more capacity. The increase covers both the paid poolside/laguna-s-2.1 and free poolside/laguna-s-2.1-free versions, so apps can send far more requests, useful for high-volume agentic coding and long-running tasks.
To use it, set the model to poolside/laguna-s-2.1 or poolside/laguna-s-2.1-free in the AI SDK, or run vercel ai-gateway coding-agents setup to connect a coding agent to AI Gateway and pick the model there. AI Gateway gives one API to hundreds of models with usage tracking, retries, failover, and higher-than-provider uptime, and it reflects provider pricing with no markup or platform fee, including on Bring Your Own Key requests.
