Arcads vs Creatify vs MakeUGC: Which to Use for UGC Ads

By Steven Van ·

Synthesys compares Arcads, Creatify and MakeUGC on published prices, trials, video length, API access and who owns the finished ads.

Synthesys has published a comparison of three UGC ad tools, Arcads vs Creatify vs MakeUGC, built from each maker's own website, help centre, pricing page and terms, checked on 2 October 2026. Synthesys says it makes a competing AI video tool, and that none of the three tools runs inside Synthesys. It also says it has not yet run its own side-by-side test.

Pricing and free routes

  • Creatify: a free plan with 10 credits a month and a watermark. Starter is $39 for 100 credits, and Pro starts at $99 for 300.
  • MakeUGC: $1 to start, then Start up $89, Growth $119 or Pro $149 at list price. Discounts were showing at the time of checking.
  • Arcads: a 3-day trial, then the Starter plan is charged. No monthly prices are published on its website.

Credits do not compare across tools, because each prices by model, length and resolution.

Actors, cloning and length

Arcads lists three talking-actor models (Arcads 1.0, Audio-Driven and OmniHuman 1.5) alongside video models such as Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0 and Seedance 2.0. Creatify has its own Aurora model, and MakeUGC's API docs name Nova V2 and Omi-Human for product-in-hand videos.

All three support custom actors. Arcads builds one from a headshot and, on Pro, clones face and voice from a 2-minute video. Creatify works from a photo or a description, with 3 custom avatars on Pro. MakeUGC trains one from a short video of the user.

Creatify states video lengths of up to 2 minutes on Starter and 10 on Pro, in 75+ languages. Arcads sets length per model, and MakeUGC lists 50+ languages and caps API scripts at 1,500 characters.

Ad workflow features

Creatify covers ad cloning, a competitor tracker and launching to Meta, TikTok and AppLovin. Arcads offers workflows, an API and an MCP server, and one workflow can run a script across 10 actors in 2 languages. MakeUGC offers Batch Mode from Growth, Video Agent on Pro, and an API.

Video rights

Creatify and MakeUGC say the videos belong to the customer. Arcads grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence instead, limits edits to a set list, and says it cannot offer exclusivity. A stock actor's creator can also restrict uses or ask for videos to be removed.
