Better filler word removal on Scribe realtime for cleaner transcriptions

SuperWhisper 2.18.5 improves filler word removal in Scribe realtime and fixes audio dropouts, a History CPU spike and CSV vocabulary import.
Scribe realtime transcription in SuperWhisper now removes filler words more cleanly, according to the 2.18.5 changelog (macOS, Windows and iOS are listed on the page).
The release also includes four fixes:
- Real-time transcription no longer drops audio.
- High CPU usage after playing or pausing a recording in History is fixed.
- CSV vocabulary import now works with files that use Windows line endings.
- Local models are now pinned when upgrading to Pro mode.
