Superhuman Acquires Fathom, AI Notetaker
Superhuman is folding Fathom's meeting notes and transcripts into Mail, Calendar, Docs, Databases and its Go agents.
Superhuman has acquired Fathom, an AI meeting notetaker used by hundreds of thousands of companies to capture, search and act on what happens in meetings. Superhuman plans to bring Fathom's meeting notes and meeting intelligence into Mail, Calendar, Docs, Databases, and Go, along with the agents available through Go.
The goal is to connect what people discuss and commit to in meetings with their email, documents, data and workflows. Superhuman gives the example of an agent in Go reviewing a team standup transcript, drafting status updates in Superhuman Docs, and notifying a project manager to review and approve them.
Fathom offers bot-free meeting capture, live summaries as meetings happen, and integrations that bring meeting insights into CRMs and other tools. It was named to G2's 2026 Best Software Awards Top 100 and HubSpot's 2025 Most Used App of the Year.
