Google open-sources Stitch's DESIGN.md spec

The draft format lets design rules move between tools and lets agents check color choices against WCAG rules.
Google has open-sourced the draft specification for DESIGN.md, a format built inside Stitch for describing a project's design rules. The draft spec is meant to work across any tool or platform, not just Stitch, and lets designers export and import the same set of rules between projects.
Because the rules are written in a structured file, agents reading it can tell what a given color is meant to be used for, and can check color choices against WCAG accessibility rules.
