App Studio is a new Runway feature, listed in the changelog on October 23, 2026, for paid plans. A user describes the creative app they need in plain language, and App Studio builds it using Runway's models, the user's brand and the user's files. Runway then hosts the finished app. On October 26, Runway introduced App Studio publicly. It generates images, video and audio with Runway's models and your Brand Kits, ready for you or your whole team. No code is required.
