Rive's Freehand Brush Tools Are Live for Everyone

Rive Editor 0.8.5879 ships Brush, Pencil, Eraser, Bucket, and Shape Bend for every user, so you can paint and sketch directly on the artboard as editable vectors.
Rive has released its freehand drawing tools to everyone. Rive Editor 0.8.5879 adds five of them: Brush, Pencil, Eraser, Bucket, and Shape Bend.
- Brush paints filled shapes. Pick a tip such as Round, Tall Ellipse, Wide Bar, or Diagonal, then set the size and stroke behaviour.
- Pencil draws freehand paths, and Eraser removes from them.
- Bucket fills enclosed areas.
- Shape Bend warps existing shapes by dragging, without redrawing points.
Everything stays a vector shape on the artboard, so brush strokes can be animated, bound to state machines, and shipped through the Rive runtimes like any other graphic.
