Request access without leaving your workflow

Admins can now let builders request usage limit increases, publishing access, or member seats via the Admin API instead of off-platform approval.
Replit is turning access limits into a request instead of a blocker. When someone using Replit hits a usage limit or runs into a Workspace restriction, they can now send an access request rather than coordinating approval separately.
- Requesting a usage limit increase when a builder reaches their per-user or Workspace limit
- Requesting public publishing enablement when Workspace policy blocks it
- Requesting a member seat upgrade for eligible viewers
Access requests are off by default. Account admins turn them on per Workspace in Settings → Advanced → Access requests, and can enable each request type separately. Making a request type available doesn't automatically grant it: admins review, approve, or deny requests through the Admin API using a key with the right permissions, since Settings itself has no approval inbox.
