Replit lets free-tier users publish apps privately

By Steven Van ·

Private publishing on Replit was previously limited to paid plans; now anyone can restrict an app to chosen viewers.

Replit now lets anyone, on the free plan or a paid one, publish apps privately. A private app is only accessible to the people you choose, rather than being visible to anyone with the link.

Previously, private publishing was limited to paid plans. The change means free-tier Replit users can now build and share apps without making them public. Full details are in the announcement.
