The Topography background is now a 3D contour-line landscape with cursor lift, click pulses, optional survey markers and glitches, and a light mode.
The React Bits Topography background has been rebuilt as a 3D landscape drawn in glowing contour lines. It rises from a flat map, and the land lifts under the cursor.
What the new version does
- Contour lines form a 3D landscape that rises from a flat map.
- The terrain lifts under the cursor.
- Clicking sends light pulses across the landscape.
- Survey markers and glitches are optional.
- A light mode is included.
Installing it
Topography comes in JavaScript or TypeScript, with plain CSS or Tailwind. The TypeScript and Tailwind version installs with npx shadcn@latest add @react-bits/Topography-TS-TW.
