Letters ripple on click, keep moving when the cursor leaves, and can warm toward an accent colour as they swell.
Text Pressure now responds to clicks. A click sends a ripple of pressure through the letters, and the word can keep rolling or breathing while the cursor is away from it.
Click ripple and idle motion
The updated React Bits component, listed as updated on its page, still scales and warps characters based on a pointer pressure zone. The click ripple and the idle rolling or breathing motion are new.
Colour and follow settings
Letters can warm toward an accent colour as they swell. The softness with which they follow the pointer can also be set.
Installation
The component is installed with npx shadcn@latest add @react-bits/TextPressure-TS-TW. React Bits offers JavaScript or TypeScript variants, with plain CSS or Tailwind.
