React Bits has updated its Tech Text component, a wordmark whose letters turn into dashed vector paths under the cursor.
What the update adds
- Clicking a letter ripples the word.
- The component can play an intro that is typed, assembled or based on font metrics.
- The font's guide lines can be shown.
Installation
Tech Text comes in JavaScript or TypeScript, with plain CSS or Tailwind. The TypeScript and Tailwind version installs with npx shadcn@latest add @react-bits/TechText-TS-TW. The interactive preview, customization controls and source tabs on the component page need JavaScript enabled.
