Stroke Text in React Bits gains dashed and dotted outlines that redraw on hover, plus a soft offset shadow for filled letters.
React Bits has updated its Stroke Text component with new outline and shadow options. Outlines can now be dashed or dotted and keep flowing around the letters. They also redraw when hovered.
Outline styles
Stroke Text draws outlined letterforms on and then floods them with fill. With this update the outline itself can be dashed or dotted, and it keeps flowing around the letters. Hovering the text redraws the outline.
Filled letters
Filled letters can now lift off the page with a soft offset shadow.
Install
The component is added with npx shadcn@latest add @react-bits/StrokeText-TS-TW. The page offers JavaScript or TypeScript, and plain CSS or Tailwind.
