Otter launches Work Mode and meeting Live Assist

Otter Work Mode is live for paid users. Live Assist coaches in the meeting today for enterprise customers, then for other paid users.
On October 27, Otter launched Work Mode and Live Assist. Work Mode builds a pre-meeting brief from past conversations, open action items, and connected files, including Google Drive. Live Assist coaches you during a Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet call.
An automatic brief by email before every meeting is described as coming soon, not live. During the call, Live Assist can prompt on a competitor, a pricing objection, or a recruiting scorecard, using playbooks you set. Afterward, Work Mode can draft a proposal, a contract PDF, or an offer letter.
Work Mode is available today for all paid users. Live Assist is on enterprise plans today and rolls out to other paid users over the next few weeks. Basic is free with 300 monthly transcription minutes. Pro is $16.99 per user each month, or $8.49 on the annual first-time offer. Business and Enterprise prices are on otter.ai/pricing.
