Otter launches Work Mode and Live Assist

Work Mode is live for paid Otter users, and Live Assist, which coaches during Zoom, Teams and Meet calls, reaches enterprise plans first.
Otter has shipped two features: Work Mode and Live Assist. Otter.ai says Work Mode briefs users before a meeting and drafts the follow-up afterwards, while Live Assist coaches them during the call. The announcement is dated 27 October.
Work Mode
Work Mode covers the two ends of a meeting: a briefing beforehand and a drafted follow-up afterwards. It is available now to paid users.
Live Assist
Live Assist coaches during calls on Zoom, Teams or Google Meet. It is rolling out to enterprise plans first, then to other paid plans over the next few weeks.
Otter.ai
Otter transcribes meetings and, with Work Mode and Live Assist, briefs you beforehand, coaches you during the call, and drafts the follow-up.
