Rich link previews for Agent Runners sites

Public sites made with Agent Runners now share with a screenshot, title and description automatically, with no setup needed.
Every site created with Agent Runners on Netlify now includes Open Graph tags, so a shared link shows a preview instead of a bare URL. The preview includes a screenshot of the site, its title and a description, which social media sites and messaging apps use to build the card.
It applies to all public sites created with Agent Runners, and nothing needs to be switched on. The changelog entry points to the Agent Runners docs for more on the feature.
