Meta launches Muse on web, iOS, and Android

Muse can take a task from a conversation and continue working after the app closes. Meta's new personal AI agent handles jobs such as coordinating appointments, researching travel, and following up across connected services.
- A dedicated cloud computer and browser let the agent work across websites and apps.
- Users choose which services it can access, review its activity, and approve sensitive actions such as sending emails or making purchases.
- Goals become ongoing plans, with progress updates and suggestions between conversations.
Muse launched on September 8 with a US rollout on the web, iOS, and Android. It also works through WhatsApp. Free usage is available, with optional subscriptions for people who need more. AI glasses support is planned for later.
